Shipping & Returns

Bloodthirsty legal details:
We are easy to get along with and we will do our best to make our customers happy.  We rely on word-of-mouth to sell most of our units.  The following legal mumbo-jumbo is required by our credit card processing company - but you would need to be really really annoying for us to not help you!

Shipping
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible.  If any item(s) on your order are out of stock, your order will be shipped complete once we have produced the items.   

Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping time does not include order processing and packing. Order processing & packing times vary according to seasonal & promotional activity. Please expect a day or two to be added to your shipping time to accomodate processing & packing.

The times below refer to delivery time once the order is packed and leaves our warehouse. Shipping days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. All shipping methods require a physical address and must be within the Shipping Company (UPS, RedEx for USA and Canada Post for Canada) delivery zone to qualify for the estimates below.

Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of invoice. On any amounts not paid when due, customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) or, if such  a rate is in excess of the rate allowed by law, then the highest rate allowed by law. In addition, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including costs of litigation and reasonable attorney`s fees.

Order Cancellation
We process our orders quickly.   If you wish to make any changes please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot make any guarantees.

Product Return
Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number contact us
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returning or exchangingproducts. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. RoboCow reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items.
For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" condition.
If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify our customer service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.

Refused Shipment
If a shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping fees back to our warehouse freight will be charged to the customer.   Restocking fees may also be assessed.

Refund
We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee, (not applicable for special order items).  If you have any question regarding sales terms, please contact us before placing your order. To get a refund, the unit must be received within the 45 days after invoice date, in the same condition as received.   If these conditions are not respected, a Refund can be refused or Testing & Restocking fees may be applied. Please be aware that we reserve the right to not refund special order items.   Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Even though we are currently offering "free shipping" full set units, we pay shipping fees. Items returned for a refund will have RoboCow original shipping cost deducted from the amount of the refund.
